Welcome to Designova®.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Designova website, products, services and digital font downloads.

Designova® is a trading name of HEXALOGICA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing our website or purchasing a font license, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable font license agreement provided with your purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or products.

2. About Designova

Designova® designs, publishes and licenses original digital typefaces and related font software.

Our products are digital goods supplied as downloadable font files. Purchasing a Designova product grants you a license to use the font software according to the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA).

Purchasing a font does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademarks or intellectual property rights.

All Designova® typefaces, designs, names, artwork, specimens and related materials remain the intellectual property of HEXALOGICA LTD unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Products and Font Licensing

All products provided through Designova are digital products.

Products may include:

• Desktop font files
• Web font files
• Typeface families
• Font licenses
• Related digital assets

After a successful purchase, customers receive access to download the licensed font files.

You are responsible for selecting the appropriate license type before purchase.

Additional usage, including extended commercial use, redistribution, embedding, broadcasting, application usage or enterprise deployment may require an additional license.

The specific permissions and restrictions are defined in the relevant Designova Font License Agreement.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments on Designova are securely processed through Stripe Managed Payments.

For applicable transactions, Stripe and its associated Merchant of Record services handle:

• Payment processing
• Payment authentication
• Applicable tax calculation
• Transaction receipts
• Tax documentation where required

Designova does not collect or store your full payment card details.

Payment methods available during checkout may vary depending on your location and Stripe’s supported payment options.

5. Taxes and Receipts

Applicable taxes, including VAT, GST or sales tax where required, are calculated and handled during checkout by our payment provider.

HEXALOGICA LTD is not currently VAT registered.

Customers receive payment documentation through the checkout provider where applicable.

Designova may provide order confirmations, license confirmations and download records relating to your purchase.

6. Delivery and Downloads

Designova products are delivered electronically.

After successful payment confirmation:

• Your order is processed
• Your license record is created
• Download access is provided

Please download and securely store your purchased files.

We may apply reasonable download limits, expiry periods or security measures to protect our digital products.

If you experience a download issue, please contact us for assistance.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of font software, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical problems preventing access
• Incorrect transactions

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refund approval does not remove license restrictions or intellectual property protections.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Share purchased font files publicly
• Resell or redistribute Designova fonts
• Upload font files to unauthorised platforms
• Bypass licensing restrictions
• Modify fonts for redistribution without permission
• Claim ownership of Designova typefaces

You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with your purchased license.

9. Intellectual Property

All Designova® typefaces, graphics, website content, trademarks, logos, specimens and related materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided through a valid license agreement.

Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Update products
• Improve services
• Modify website functionality
• Temporarily restrict access for maintenance

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEXALOGICA LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or license where legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
