This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for digital font products purchased from this website.

1. No Refunds for Digital Downloads

All font products sold through this website are delivered digitally and are classified as digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

As such, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any digital products once the download has commenced.

2. Waiver of the 14-Day Cancellation Right

By placing an order for a digital product on this website, you:

• Acknowledge that the product is a non-tangible, digital download;
• Provide express consent for the download to be made available immediately upon payment; and
• Confirm that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law.

This waiver is required in order to enable immediate access to the purchased files.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate orders resulting in multiple charges for the same product.
• A verified technical issue on our part that prevents access to the files and cannot be resolved within 5 business days of receiving support request.

Refunds will not be granted due to:

• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with software or operating systems
• Incorrect selection or misunderstanding of product functionality
