This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases made through Designova®.

Designova® is a trading name of HEXALOGICA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

Our products are digital font software products supplied through electronic delivery. By purchasing a Designova font license, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use digital font software, not ownership of the font design or intellectual property.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Designova products are delivered digitally after successful payment confirmation.

After purchase, customers receive access to download the licensed font files and related digital assets.

Because digital products can be copied and permanently retained once accessed, refund eligibility differs from physical products.

3. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable font software, purchases are generally considered final once the purchased files have been accessed or downloaded.

Please review product information, license details and compatibility requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Refunds We May Approve

We understand that genuine issues can occur. Refund requests may be reviewed in situations including:

• Duplicate purchases of the same font license
• Accidental duplicate transactions
• Technical problems preventing access to purchased files
• Incorrect purchases reported before downloading the files

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Fonts already downloaded and successfully delivered
• Choosing the wrong license type after files have been accessed
• Software incompatibility where system requirements were available before purchase
• Failure to read license terms before purchase
• Projects where a selected font is no longer required

6. Technical Support Before Refunds

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve problems relating to:

• Download access
• Missing files
• File corruption
• Font installation issues

A replacement download or corrected file may be provided where appropriate.

7. Payment Provider and Refund Processing

Payments on Designova are securely processed through Stripe Managed Payments and associated Merchant of Record services.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where available.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank or card issuer.

8. Effect of Refunds on Licenses

If a refund is approved, the related font license may be cancelled.

After cancellation, you must stop using the refunded font software and remove any copies where continued use is no longer authorised.

• Email address used during purchase
• Reason for the refund request
